What assets do you need from sponsors?

Is there a deadline to become a sponsor?
Sponsors are encouraged to confirm as early as possible. Some benefits depend on production deadlines, event materials, website updates, email schedules, and social media calendars. Late sponsorships may receive only the benefits that are still available at the time of confirmation.
Are sponsorship purchases refundable?
Sponsorship purchases should be treated as final once approved and confirmed. If a sponsorship cannot be approved, the BeefDip team may offer an alternative placement or refund according to the final sponsorship terms.
