TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By purchasing an event entry, ticket, wristband, or weekend pass, the purchaser and all parties named in the transaction acknowledge and agree that participation in any BeefDip Bear Week event is voluntary and involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, property loss or damage, accident, exposure to communicable diseases, crowd-related incidents, weather-related conditions, venue conditions, transportation risks, alcohol-related risks, and any other hazards arising before, during, or after the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By completing this purchase, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers related to attendance and participation in any BeefDip Bear Week event. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless BeefDip Bear Week, Stephen Buczek, its organizers, board members, officers, agents, affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, venues, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action arising directly or indirectly from your attendance, participation, or involvement in any related event or activity.
You further acknowledge that public gatherings may carry a risk of exposure to infectious or communicable illnesses, including but not limited to respiratory viruses and other contagious conditions. You accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, conduct, and personal decisions while attending or participating in any event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeefDip Bear Week and all related released parties from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, lawsuits, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your actions, conduct, attendance, participation, or any claim made by or on behalf of you or any party included in your transaction.
Your image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or digitally captured during the event. By attending, you grant BeefDip Bear Week and its authorized representatives permission to use such images or recordings for advertising, promotional, archival, social media, print, online, and other media purposes without payment, compensation, further approval, or additional consent.
All purchases are final. Tickets, entries, wristbands, and weekend passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by BeefDip Bear Week.
By completing this purchase, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, legally competent to enter into this agreement, and that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms as a condition of purchase and event participation.
